Congratulations to the 2024-25 ExCEL Award nominees Owatonna Juniors, Paige Thompson and Ayoub Farah have been nominated for the Excellence in Community, Education and Leadership (ExCEL) Award for the 2024-25 school year. Sponsored by the Minnesota State High School League, the ExCEL Award recognizes high school juniors who are active in fine arts and/or athletic activities, who demonstrate leadership qualities and who are model citizens in their community. Each high school in the state can nominate one junior boy and girl for the ExCEL Award. This is the 29th year that the Minnesota State High School League has sponsored the ExCEL Award. Award winners will be announced via the League website.

Owatonna High School is excited to announce Seniors Amanda Clubb and Zach Dahnert as the 2024-2025 MSHSL Triple "A" Award nominees for Owatonna High School.  

The purpose of the Triple "A" award is to recognize and honor high school seniors that have excelled in the classroom, on the athletic field, and in the fine arts, all of which Amanda and Zach have achieved, as well as exemplified during their high school careers.
