Unofficial copies of your transcripts and reports can be viewed under "Reports" in the Infinite Campus Student/Parent Portal.
For official copies of your transcripts, please use these instructions:

Transcripts need to be requested electronically through Parchment by Docufide (Electronic delivery service) or via request form mailed into OHS.
ELECTRONICALLY:
The link above provides you with the ability to request transcripts through a secured electronic delivery method. Transcripts requested online are sent securely to the colleges, universities, NCAA or scholarship funds that you select.
You may track your request online, and you will also receive an email notification when we approve your transcript request.
Need a transcript for your employer? You can still use the Parchment by Docufide program to order an Unofficial Self-View
VIA MAIL:
Print request form and mail to OHS with a $5.00 check to have your transcript processed manually and mailed thru US Postal Service.
Payment & signature are required for processing
The fee for each transcript is $5.00 (check or money order)
Transcripts will be sent out first class mail within 2-5 days of receiving the request with payment
Complete the entire form & mail it along with payment to the address provided on the form
In person transcript requests will not be processed during school hours
